News - News - Rabinder Singh QC helps SAL and BSN fight Carter

19 Mar, 2007

Rabinder Singh QC and Michael Webster, partner at Webster Dixon, are both donating their professional skills and time to help the Society of Asian Lawyers (SAL) and the Black Solicitors' Network (BSN) fight the Carter proposals in the courts by having the proposals judicially reviewed.

In order to raise very vital funds to fight the proposals, SAL is holding a fundraising dinner on Monday, 2nd April 2007 at 6.30pm at Gandhi’s Restaurant, 35 Gray’s Inn Road, London WC1 XPP.

There is limited seating and only 50 tickets can be sold. Each ticket costs at least £20, which includes a three-course meal.  To buy a ticket and/or send your donation, make your cheque payable to: The Society of Asian Lawyers, C/o Harry Rana, HSR Solicitors, Victoria House, 526 Commercial Road, London E1 OHY. DX 300715 Tower Hamlets. Tel: 07958 375 376

There will also be a small auction, so do go prepared to spend and help to raise funds.  Totallylegal.com has donated the auction items.
